Lisa Brenner

I am a life guide with a Master’s in social work, with practice as an LCSW-C for more than 13 years in psychotherapy. I am also practitioner of Reiki, a practice that helps channel life force energy to promote healing, restoration and balance to our human (and energetic) bodies encompassing our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

I combine tenants and principles of psychological theories, that work on the interrelatedness of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, physical and spiritual selves, and energetic bodies. Healing is not only letting go, it is truly an experiential transformation that brings an entire new perspective about how we see ourselves, others, and life.

How do I know it’s time for me to work with a life coach?
Almost anyone can benefit from professional guidance at any time. But some of the times people benefit most is during transitions like a loss, divorce, or becoming an empty nester.
What can I expect at my first session?
We will get to know each other and get you back in the driver’s seat of your own life. We’ll talk for close to an hour, figuring out what you want to achieve.
What if I don’t know what I want to achieve?
Sometimes, when you’re just surviving, it’s hard to see beyond today. Lisa can help you visualize what thriving looks like to you, so together, you can make a roadmap to get there.
